Rola Bolas are a piece of circus equipment that require more than a good sense of balance... but the more you practice the better you get!
Rola Bola looks similar to the Balance Board but instead of a fixed fulcrum point it uses free moving "Rola" and separate "Bola" (Board).
Rather like the gearbox of a car, changing the roller size "gears" the speed of board movement... smaller the roller, faster movement of the board
This increases the amount of concentration; agility and spatial awareness required and gives great satisfaction to the pupil as they master it.
Once you have learned to "Rola Bola" its on to the next stage when you build a "Stack".
